Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan has issued Circular No 19 of 2017 on August 11, 2017.
The aforementioned circular is about Extension in time period for Compliance with the requirements of section 452(4) of the Companies Act, 2017, which is now stated as September 30, 2017.
