Mr Saeed A. Chughtai, Partner FCA, FPFA, FCILT – UK, LLM (Energy) – UK, MBA (Oil) – UK. is a fellow level membership of three professional bodies. i.e The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan, The Pakistan Institute of Public Finance Accountants and Chartered Institute of logistics & Transport, United Kingdom. He is a Certified Director and a member of Pakistan Institute of Corporate Governance. In addition he holds two Master Degrees from the University of Dundee, United Kingdom. The First being an MBA (International Energy, Oil & Gas Management) and other being  an LLM  ( Energy Law & Policy).

He recently served as the Chief Financial Officer of Pakhtunkhwa Energy Development Organization (PEDO) which is an autonomous body of the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, responsible for fast track development of the energy sector of the province.

Given the diversity of his skill set, academic qualifications and ability to relate with people, he worked as a professional practitioner, running his own management consultancy, audit assurance, tax litigation & advisory business. Mr. Zahid Mehmood Malik ACA, APFA, FCCA, Partner is a qualified Chartered Accountant. He possesses professional experience of more than 17 years. In addition of being Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ACA), he is also Associate Member of Pakistan Institute of Public Finance Accountants (APFA). Mr. Muhammad Waheed Iqbal, FCA, Partner is an accomplished Chartered Accountant. He has overwhelming professional experience of more than 17 years.  His core expertise lies as Senior Accounting and Financial Management Executive. He has a widely diversified professional exposure in finance, operations management and auditing experience in different industries. He has been associated with one of the Large Scale Oil and Gas Entity for the last 8 Years, therefore, he has strong grip on understanding of accounting cycle and regulations relating to exploration and production companies working as operator and non-operators.

Ch Naeem Ul Haq, LLB Advisor is currently practicing as Advocate High Court. Mr. Naeem has been associated with the profession of legal advisory for the last 13 Years.
