Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan has issued Circular No 29 of 2017 ref No. CLD/CCD/602/29/2007 – 1889, dated November 22, 2017. The aforementioned Circular carries “Intimation for no change of particulars in last filed annual return by companies”.
